    I have been a regular lecturer of biological sciences (human anatomy, physiology and pathology) for 21 years and counting, at various institutions, with a particular interest in women’s health, the nervous system, hormones, stress, gut health and the links between them.

    I haven’t done my job, if by the end of a lecture students don’t feel inspired by the miraculous nature of the human body enough to fall in love with their own.

    I teach homeopathic materia medica, clinical therapeutics, and tissue salts, as well as regularly supervise low cost clinics and offer case support and analysis to qualified homeopaths.

    I have taught many groups of women in various settings over the years about their cycles, hormones, and rites of passage.

    I am also a qualified kundalini yoga teacher and although I broke away from the Yogi Bhajan “cult” after the many allegations made against him, I retain this ancient technology as a core modality, without his influence.
