4. Appointments and Bookings

A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. The payment amount required will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. When making a booking you will be required to enter your payment information. Taryn Jacobs does not store or have access to your card details. Please visit Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy to learn more about how your payment data is handled.

Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email containing a link through which you can manage your appointment, including rescheduling or cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full. Taryn Jacobs reserves the right to charge the full appointment fee where insufficient notice has been given.

In the event that Taryn Jacobs needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

6. Privacy and Data

Taryn Jacobs is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
